We love how this cabin perfectly mixes the rustic cabin look with high end finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen. The downstairs game room is perfect way to wind down after a day of outdoor adventures. They have a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious homemade meals.
Outside the home is just as spectacular. The views are amazing. The cabin features an upper and lower deck. The upper deck has a hot tub. The lower deck has two grills. There are two firepits. The back of the home has a larger fire pit with plenty of chairs surrounding it. In front of the home, there is another fire pit on the upper part of the property with three benches.

Lazy Bear Lodge
Our favorite part of this lodge is that amazing Great Room! With the end to end and floor to ceiling windows, the super tall ceiling, that unique ceiling fan, and the massive stone fireplace…this is THE room to gather with family and friends. But how can you ignore that upper level wraparound deck? You get amazing panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains around you!
There is also a 7 person hot tub on the lower level that still offers beautiful mountain views. In the front of the home down a wooded path you will find a cozy fire pit area with plenty of seating for those cool evenings. The lodge offers a large propane grill, perfect for cooking meals for your entire group.
This 4BR/4BA home will sleep up to ten. Its location is nearly perfect. Downtown Helen is just 10 minute away. Anna Ruby Falls and a beautiful swimming lake are just 5 minutes away. Also within a short drive are vineyards and wineries and boat and tube rentals are nearby as well. No list of Helen, Georgia vacation rentals is complete without long range mountain views!

Soaring Hawk
Are you ready for a TRUE log cabin experience? This home was built as the family’s vacation home, so it was built with every attention to detail. The cabin was built near the top of Yonah Mountain, so the views are unmatched. From the upper level deck, guests look over the Blue Ridge Mountains into the Great Smoky Mountains!
The cabin has 3BR and 2BA and will sleep up to 8 (6 comfortably). Even the beds are real log furniture! When we said true log cabin, we meant it! The owners personally decorated this home themselves, adding authentic rustic mountain themes to the entire home. The main living space has massive floor to ceiling windows to maximize your views of the mountains!
The cabin also features a fire pit, hot tub, and real Blackstone grill for guests to use during their stay. Despite being near the top of a mountain, the home does have fast 150+Mbps wifi and Roku TVs throughout the home. When it is time to venture out, the home is centrally located and just minutes from the areas most popular attractions and destinations. Chattahoochee Charmer
Located right on the river, this home is just 1/3 of a mile from downtown Helen. The home has direct access to the river, so guests can tube, float, swim or fish to their heart’s content! When you’re done with the river, you can can actually walk (or request a horse drawn carriage ride) to town to enjoy the restaurants and shopping of Helen!
You and up to 8 of your family or friends will love the open concept of this 3BR/2BA home. What we love about this home is how many areas they have to gather, sit, and relax…both inside and out. Seating along the river. Seating overlooking the river on the landscaped patio. Multiple levels of deck with seating on all levels. The cozy living and dining areas. It is pretty perfect.
This home is pretty high on or list of ones we wish to stay at. We love the river access and how close it is to town. The home has plenty of space, but is also cozy at the same time. Chattahoochee Lodge
This lodge is from the same family that owns Chattahoochee Charmer above, so you can expect a similar level of quality and service. Both homes are riverfront and within walking distance of downtown Helen.
The Lodge is larger, having 5BR and 5BA and will sleep up to ten guests. It is also a newer construction, so it does have a more modern look. Some of our favorite feature of this home are the massive ceiling in the living room with all those windows. We also love all of the outdoor gathering areas, some covered and some open.

Huckleberry Cabin
For this listing, we area heading back up Yonah Mountain…but only about halfway up this time. If you are looking for a vacation home where you are close to activities, town, and attractions, but FEEL like you have total privacy, then this vacation rental will be perfect for you.
This 3BR/3BA home will sleep up to 6 guests. This home is the owner’s vacation home, so the appliances, furnishings, and lines are excellent quality. The kitchen is well appointed as the owner’s wife is a chef! They have recently added a three person hot tub!
The road up to the cabin is a gravel road, but it is well maintained, so it is suitable for all cars. A 4X4 is not required. We absolutely love the peace and tranquility that a house like this provides. Perfect if your daily life is hectic and chaotic and you are looking to unplug. When you are ready to join or be part of civilization, Helen is less than four miles away! This tranquil home definitely deserves to be on our list of Helen, Georgia vacation rentals!

Lantern Lodge
All we can say about the Lantern Lodge is this home is SPECTACULAR!!! This home is huge! There are 7 bedrooms in the main home with 2 more in the guest house right next to it. It will sleep a maximum of 30 guests. With a home this size, it is perfect for family reunions, weddings, birthdays, and more. We read in the guest reviews that they came with a group of 19 fishermen!
We LOVE everything about this vacation rental. The wood and stone work is amazing. The views from all of the bedrooms. The fireplaces, outdoor fireplaces, and firepits are amazing. There is a treehouse and small waterfall! The loft with bunk beds and a queen are perfect for a family traveling with younger kids. There is just so much to love!
