This article will specifically focus on recommending highly recommended Gulf Shores beach houses to rent. All of the homes on this list will have 3+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms. We go through hundreds of listings and only choose the homes with best verified reviews from previous renters. Our goal is to remove the boring busy work that comes with planning the perfect beach vacation.

Best Gulf Shores Beach Houses to Rent
Bel Sole– What sets this 3BR/3BA condo apart from the rest are the views. From the balconies, you get AMAZING views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. Sunrises are breathtaking and the sunsets aren’t too shabby either. Views from inside are just as amazing as this home is filled with floor to ceiling windows. With flexible sleeping and large rooms, this condo will comfortably sleep up to 8.
Sea Oats– This 3BR/2BA condo will sleep up to 12. You will only have a three minute walk to the beach. This condo is located on Little Lagoon. Boat slips are available, first come/first served. There is a boat launch, so bring your boat! This property provides guests with beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a gas grill.
Our Place– This 4BR/2BA home is just steps away from the popular Lagoon Pass. Located in the much more quiet area of West Beach, this home will sleep up to 12 (ten adults). This home is beachfront, so the sugary white sands that Gulf Shores is known for are right outside your door. This section of beach is known for great fishing. Every time we drive past Lagoon Pass, you always see tons of people fishing from the shore. This home is gorgeous. We love the bright colors.
Fun Spot– Looking to vacation with a larger group? Then check out Fun Spot. This 5BR/6BA home will sleep up to 15. Oh and this home is BEACH FRONT! The views are spectacular! The home has 3 master suites plus two standard bedrooms. The lower deck is covered for those that want a break from the sun. The upper deck is wide open for those working on their tan. Located in the more quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores.
Conch House– We love the look of this home! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the beach, this 3BR/3BA home will sleep up to 10. The rooms are so brightly colored and puts you in the beach vacation mindset. The home includes some nice perks such as coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and more. There is also a community pool for those days that you don’t feel like heading to the beach. Check out Conch House!
Crow’s Nest II– Whenever possible, we always prefer beachfront. Crow’s Nest II provides that with gorgeous views of the beach from nearly every window in this home. This 3BR/2BA home will sleep up to 8. Check out the deck! Recently renovated and oversized, your views of the Gulf are completely unobstructed. If having the white sands just outside your door isn’t enough…all of Gulf Shores restaurants and shopping are just a 5 minute drive away.
When Pigs Fly– Here is another oversized home for vacations with extended family or groups of friends. This home is 6BR/4BA and will sleep up to 14. Great for kids, this home features a fenced yard and even has a small private pool. This home is just 200 yards to the beach with public access right at the end of the road.
Cocoa’s Cabana– We all know that saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” Well this house makes that saying ring true. The exterior is pretty blah, BUT THE INSIDE!! This 4BR/3BA gem has been recently renovated. It will sleep up to 12. The home is beachfront, so those perfect Alabama beaches are just steps away. We also love that huge deck!
Spencer House– Not all Gulf Shores beach houses have to be these huge oversized homes! This recently renovated 3BR/2BA home will sleep up to 8. Located right on the beach. We love the bright colors and the abundance of windows for viewing the beach and Gulf.
Beach Duplex– One perk with renting beach homes that aren’t ON the beach is that their rates tend to be much more competitive. A perfect example of this is with this beach duplex. This 3BR/3BA home is just a block from the beach but with rates that are often much less. The home has a private saltwater pool. One minute walk to the beach. Two minute walk to great restaurants and ice cream.
Milty’s Martini– We always like to include at least one splurge-worthy home. This would be it. This massive home boasts 7BR and 8BA. It will sleep up to 17 guests. The home sits right on the beach in the quiet and more quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores. There is a private pool with beautiful beach and gulf views. The home itself offers perfect views of the beach with its abundance of windows. There are three decks facing the gulf. Two are completely covered and the main deck is partially covered. The home offers a private wooden walkway to get to the beach. Check this home out and treat yourself!
