While the home certainly shines, the real draw to staying at Coyote Run is the views from outside! The views from the sundeck and private hot tub are breathtaking. The neighborhood has strict noise restrictions and asks that all exterior lights are turned off by 10PM…so that everyone can enjoy the brilliant stars of the night sky! We love how this 3BR/2BA home is so close to downtown! Totally walk-able! The living room windows face the south and west, so you will get plenty of natural light to enjoy. There is covered parking and lockable storage for bikes and such. Moab offers some of the best mountain biking in the nation! There is also a brand new bike shop just two doors down! This house is terrific and designed for a family that appreciates city amenities along with outdoor adventures.
Luxury Log Cabin
We were blown away by this 3BR/2BA log home nestled among the mountains outside of Moab! There is plenty of room to sprawl and relax as this home is an impressive 3344 sq/ft! Guests will enjoy plenty of privacy as the home sits on top of a hill overlooking Pack Creek Ranch. The 12,000 foot peaks of the La Sal Mountains are clearly visible. Despite feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere, downtown Moab is just 15 miles away! Every single room of this home exudes luxury. You would almost be tempted to never leave the home…but with the amazing outdoors that surrounds you, you are bound to head out and tackle the adventures!

We love this little historic gem located off Main Street in downtown Moab. This cottage is one of the few standalone homes near downtown AND it is located on a large, private, well landscaped lot! The home boasts 3BR and 2BA and will sleep up to six guests. While the home is historic, it has been tastefully updated to todays standards. If you wish to stay near downtown Moab, but don’t like the idea of townhomes or condos, then this cottage is for you! Cafes, shopping, and more are just steps away!

The backyard is large and graveled, so if you have a small RV, there is room to park it! We love how many windows there are and how it complements the open floor plan! So much natural light!
