If you have a larger family or if you are traveling with a larger group, staying directly at LEGOLAND resort may not be feasible due to space or cost. That is why I have compiled this list of rental homes that are close to LEGOLAND Theme Park. I have scoured the listings and have only chosen homes that are kid and family friendly. We only recommend homes that have guest ratings of 4.5 or above (we will go down to 4.0 if an area has very few 4.5’s or above).

Winter Haven Rental Homes
Winter Haven Residential Retreat– 3BR/2BA and sleeps up to 8. Thirty perfect 5 star guest reviews. Solar heated outdoor pool with screened in enclosure. Gas grill. Sliding doors opens house to the screened pool area. Large circle front drive for larger vehicles or trailers. Quiet neighborhood for morning or evening walks. Just 15 minutes to LEGOLAND.
Lake View Home– 3BR/2BA home sleeps up to 6. Twenty perfect 5 star guest reviews. Located next to a 750 acre lake with access. Home is right on a 39 mile paved walk/bike trail. One acre lot. Screened in porch with lake views. Home is fully stocked and welcomes shorter and longer term guests. Close to all area attractions.
Reynolds House– 4BR/3BA home that sleeps up to 10. Seven perfect 5 star guest reviews. Newer construction, built in 2019. Has access to a shared pool and cabana. Overlooking Lake Alfred. Four 55” TVs all with Hulu Live TV. Close to all area attractions and dining options.
Close to LEGOLAND– This 3BR/2BA home sleeps up to 9.Reviewed 45 times with a 4.8/5 rating. Located just ten minutes from LEGOLAND. Newly renovated and new furniture throughout. Huge backyard with volleyball, soccer goals, football, and badminton. Wifi and smart TVs. Very aggressive rental rates.
Waterfront Home in Winter Haven– Looking to splurge a bit? This 4BR/4BA home sleeps up to 10. Twenty-four perfect 5 star reviews. Custom built home with all high end appliances. Waterfront on three sides. Two docks, bring your own boat. Screened-in pool with hot tub. Additional lakeside hot tub. Faces the west for perfect sunset views. One acre lot, tropical feel, no neighbors. This house truly has everything.
Newly Updated Kid-Friendly Home– 3BR/2BA home will sleep up to 8. Twenty 5 star guest reviews. Large screened in patio with ten person in-ground hot tub. Well stocked kitchen. Wifi. Just minutes to LEGOLAND.
Lakefront Duplex– 3BR/2BA home, sleeps up to 7. Guest rating of 4.8/5. On 2.3 acres of lakefront property. Just 4 miles to LEGOLAND. Despite being a duplex, there is lots of privacy and no interaction with other guests. Very fair rental rates.
Lake Rochelle Rental– 3BR/3BA home sleeps up to 8. Guest rating of 4.9/5. Large fenced in yard. Dock for fishing or tying your own boat. Hammock overlooking the lake. Just minutes to LEGOLAND and 40 minutes to Disney area attractions. Very fair rental rates.
Spacious Lakefront Home– Traveling with a larger party? This 5BR/5BA home will sleep up to 14! This home is over 5000 sqft, so there is plenty of room for everyone in your group. Pool with large patio. Large fenced in yard. Covered dock down on the lake. Two kayaks in the garage for use. Just 7 miles to LEGOLAND.
Luxury Private Lake Home– This 3BR/5BA home will sleep up to 6. Guest reviewed at 4.8/5. Screened in pool and hot tub. Beautiful lake views. Screened outdoor dining area with grill. Home is beautifully furnished and was built to be a semi-retirement home. Just five minutes from LEGOLAND!
